Substitution Policy
To ship your order in a timely fashion, we may occasionally have to substitute a similar color. We wont substitute a different size or different cost item without contacting you first. If you absolutely must have a specific color, please specify this in the "Comments" section of the order form.

Can I have my package delivered to where I work or my P.O. Box?
Absolutely! In fact, we strongly suggest this. We ship everything in plain packaging. Only our P.O. Box details will appear on the package. Nobody will know whats in it or where its from.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer any exchange or refunds, with exception of a 7 day exchange policy if the product you purchase is of mechanical defect.
